Appeal from Mrs L F Rhind [wife of the manager of a railway rolling stock works at Khargpur, India] on behalf of the wives of residents of Khargpur to the women of Great Britain arguing that the Government should respond to the murder and threats to married officials in Midnapore with the enforcement of the death penalty for the possession of unlicensed arms and ammunition.
