Letter from [WSC] to Brigadier-General Sir Henry Page Croft thanking him for his recent speech on India in the House of Commons, deriding the assertion of Sir Samuel Hoare [later Lord Templewood] that a Governor could be appointed who was against Federal Home Rule for India, and expressing optimism about the cause of those opposed to Government policy on India.
