Letter from [WSC] to Oliver Locker-Lampson praising his organisation of the [Indian Empire Society meeting at the Albert Hall, London] and inviting him to hear his speech at the Constitutional Club, where he is going to attack Leo Amery for expressing more anger against his opponents on India than he does against "our Socialist enemy."
