Letter from [WSC] to Thomas Loveday agreeing to Loveday's suggestions about the arrangements for WSC's installation as chancellor of Bristol University and suggesting that Neville Chamberlain, [James Ramsay Macdonald], Philip Snowden [later Lord Snowden], Walter Runciman [later Lord Runciman] and Sir Roger Keyes [later Lord Keyes] should be awarded honorary degrees.
