Scope and Contents
Letter from Herbert Blain (Unionist Central Office, Palace Chambers, Bridge Street, Westminster, [London]) to 2nd Lord Linlithgow (Hopetoun House, South Queensferry, [West Lothian, Edinburgh]) promising to send Colonel Blair a list of possible candidates, enclosing Central Office publications on the Anglo-Russian treaty [not present], stating that the Epping Division of Essex should be an absolutely safe seat for WSC and reporting that he has asked F Stanley Jackson to get WSC to speak on a number of Unionist platforms.
