Scope and Contents

Letter from Walter Grant Morden ("The People", 49 Wellington Street, Strand, London) to WSC on the support of Sir Newton Moore, the Agent General for Nova Scotia [Canada] and others from Canada and other Dominions for the scheme of a private corporation to promote settlement in the Empire, and the meeting to promote the scheme, at which Morden hopes WSC and 1st Lord Birkenhead [earlier F E Smith] will speak. Adds that he has instructed the writers on "The People" to back WSC "in every way.".
