Letter from [WSC] as president of the Early Closing Association (34-40 Ludgate Hill, London) to the press approving the extension of Christmas holidays for shop workers and appealing to the public to do their Christmas shopping as early as possible and to the railways to provide cheap and extensive services for the holiday period.
