Letter from [WSC] (War Office) to Andrew Bonar Law showing that there is a vacancy available for a Colonial Office Under-Secretary in the House of Commons and hoping that it will be either Leopold Amery or William Ormsby-Gore [later 4th Lord Harlech], or if neither were available 7th Lord Londonderry should represent the Office in the House of Lords, Leslie Wilson being unsuitable.
