Notes by WSC (10 Downing Street) suggesting that between the 15th and the 31st of December the Russians should pass through Romania to attack the Austro-German communications with Constantinople [Turkey], that a renewed attempt be made to force the Dardanelles and that the French army should advance from Greece to threaten the Bulgarian flank.
