Telegram from General Sir Ian Hamilton to Lord Kitchener on the suitability of the Naval Division and the French troops going to Alexandria and the need of the French commander to be ordered by his government to do this (22 Mar). Printed copy. Telegram from Lord Kitchener to General Sir Ian Hamilton stating his belief that 14 April is too late a date for the commencement of military operations in the Dardanelles (23 Mar). Printed copy. Telegram from General Sir Ian Hamilton to Lord Kitchener reporting that he and Vice-Admiral John de Roebeck agree that the co-operation of the whole military force will be necessary to enable the Fleet effectively to force the Dardanelles and referring to the plans he is making for this (23 Mar). Printed copy.
