Letter from the Comte de Bresson (7 Rue Choron, [Paris, France]) to WSC enclosing and commenting on notes on Greece submitted to the Prime Minister of France [see CHAR 2/71/150-153], stressing the necessity from the Allies' point of view of removing King Constantine, lamenting the functionary spirit which currently characterises the French war effort, calling for vigorous efforts by the Allies in April, and warning that the Germans are building a submarine fleet with a view to cutting off supplies to the Allies in the Spring.
