Letter from T P O'Connor (5 Morpeth Mansions, Victoria Street, [London]) to WSC reporting: that he is willing to address a meeting in Scotland to answer the forthcoming address of Sir Edward Carson [later Lord Carson] in Dundee; that Carson has not been able to shake the opinions of the Liberal rank and file; that O'Connor's friends in Ireland are firmly opposed to a partition of the country and do not think that this is the moment for a conference; that the Tories have been split by Carson's stance.
