Letter from G Wallace Carter (National Free Trade Lectures, 8 Victoria Street, Westminster, [London]) to WSC (Home Office) summarising the progress of the lecture programme and enclosing a statement of the lectures given in various constituencies [see CHAR 2/44/119-121]. Notes the large number of cancellations arising from the death of King Edward VII and asks for further funds. Signed typescript. Annotated by WSC with instructions to send Carter a cheque for £1000 and a letter about Lancashire from H W Rawlins.
