Scope and Contents

Letter from WSC to Louis Alber [President, Affiliated Lecture and Concert Association Incorporated], on subjects for his lecture tour of the United States, stating that the "Economic Crisis" lecture had been an immense labour, and there was still a lot of work to be done reducing it to proper limits; also stating that he could prepare a new lecture on the Soviet Union, if there was sufficient demand, but hoping that Alber would not commit him to a... new lecture merely to satisfy one or two places, as it would take him a week to prepare it in his present enfeebled condition following his road accident.
