Also includes correspondence from Boris Savinkov (3); General Yevgenii Miller; Nikolai Tchaikovsky; Neill Malcolm of the British Military Mission in Berlin [Germany], and copies of messages from other Russian figures, such as P Sabline and Anton Denikin, and French Generals Maurice Pelle and Nollet; a biography of Lenin; a French pamphlet on the Red Army, notes of a meeting of the Russo-German society in paris.Subjects include: French foreign policy concerning Russia and Turkey, particularly the views of Andre Lefevre [French Minister of War]; matters concerning the military and political situation in Russia, including the situation in south Russia, Siberia and Batum [Georgia], the Russian attack on Poland, Russo-German co-operation, and relations between the various anti-Bolsheviks; matters concerning Germany, including secret military societies, disarmament, and social unrest; Spears' source of French information; Bolshevik activities outside Russia; Romanian affairs; French internal politics; and the arrest of Russian 'plotters' in France.
