Includes correspondence from various individuals suggesting quotations to be included in WSC' speeches including: Major General Edward Spears; Brendan Bracken; Malcolm Macdonald; Thomas Johnston (2); Very Reverand Cyril Alington, Dean of Durham; Harry Crookshank; "Jack" [John] Lawson; [1st Lord] Mottistone [earlier John Seely]; Robert Chapman; Sybil, Lady Cholmondeley; Sir Waldron Smithers; [Sir Richard] Stafford Cripps; Ernest Bevin and General Hastings Ismay.Also includes correspondence suggesting topics to be included in speeches from various individuals including: John McCarthy; Sir John Latham; Irene Ward; and Anthony Eden [later 1st Lord Avon, Foreign Secretary].
