(1) Year book of the Bristol branch of the Royal Empire Society: with compliments slip of the Sheriff of Bristol referring to pages 26 and 27 concerning John Cabot's voyages to the United States.(2) Ordnance Survey maps of Britain in the Dark Ages: south sheet (1935) and north sheet (1938); scale 1: 1000,000.(3) Printed French edition of Queen Matilda's tapestry at Bayeux [France] depicting the Norman conquest of England in 1066.
