Correspondents include: representatives of the Daily Mirror, the Editor, Cecil Thomas, Anthony Clarkson [Features Editor] and Cecil King on subjects including arrangements for WSC publishing articles in the Mirror, financial terms, the accuracy of a statement in an article on Japan, WSC being unable to continue writing articles due to the outbreak of war, and suggesting Alfred Duff Cooper [later 1st Lord Norwich] as a replacement (11); Randolph Churchill on the agreement with the Mirror; Hugh Cudlipp, Editor of the Sunday Pictorial, on letters supporting Cudlipp's assertion that WSC should enter the Cabinet; Louis Ollivier of the Paris [France] Office of Press Alliance Incorporated on the syndication of Daily Mirror articles outside the United Kingdom; Edward Ingram of the Foreign Office on WSC's article, "What of the Tyrol?
