Correspondents include: Arthur Watson, Managing Editor of the Daily Telegraph, on subjects including a proposed article by WSC on German colonial demands, sending cuttings and extracts relating to the German attitude to the British Empire (2); Sir Alexander Cadogan (Foreign Office) approving an article by WSC.Also includes: copy letters from WSC to those mentioned above and to 1st Lord Camrose [earlier Sir William Berry] on the end of his Telegraph contract; account statements for articles.
