Correspondents include: representatives of H B Wedlake, Saint, and Company, solicitors, on behalf of the song publishers (7); [William] Newton, Chief Officer, Public Control Department, London County Council (3); [Bernard] Sendall [Principal Private Secretary to Minister of Information]; Sir Thomas Barnes, Treasury Solicitor (2). Also includes notes and copies of correspondence from WSC's secretaries Kathleen Hill and "M S" [Mary Shearburn], [Admiralty Private Secretary, Eric] Seal, [Prime Minister's Private Secretary] "E M W" [Edith Watson], and [Brendan] Bracken [Prime Minister's Parliamentary Private Secretary].Also includes: copies of letters to establish publicist W Llewellyn-Amos' credentials from [William] Evans [Director of Establishments, Admiralty] dated 1920 and [Alexander] Hardinge [Private Secretary to the King] dated 1937; copies of sheets for the song by Edgar Fawcett and H Baynton-Power and souvenir posters.
