Also includes articles by George Perris on the fiscal crisis.The cuttings are from various publications including: the Times, Manchester Guardian, the Spectator, Oldham Standard, the Speaker, the Morning Post, the Pilot, Oldham Evening Chronicle, the Daily News, the Birmingham Daily Mail and the Birmingham Chronicle.
