Subjects include: the growth of Fascism; forms of government; reform of the second chamber [? possibly for "House of Lords or senate?" by Cuthbert Headlam and Alfred Duff Cooper, later 1st Lord Norwich, 1932, which AHM helped to research]; the aftermath of the Versailles Conference, particularly relating to Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland; German disarmament and twentieth century political history.
