Comprising a letter from Ismay to WSC sending the first installment of his notes on the intervention in Greece [in 1941] (notes not present), with a copy of WSC's reply discussing the decision to intervene in Greece and the decision not to use the port of Benghazi as a main base which WSC had not agreed with.
