Correspondence concerning possible development of the Bull Hotel site by St. Catharine's and King's Colleges. The correspondence continues into the period when the scheme came to fruition and includes a 'Survey of Bull Hotel Site and Adjoining College Buildings' (drawing no. 771) produced by the University of Cambridge Estate Management Branch (March 1944). Also includes correspondence concerning the purchase of St. Martin's by King's College.
