The file contains a typescript of a lecture given at the Second Keynes Seminar, University of Kent, Nov. 1974; autograph manuscript notes and correspondence with N. Ronald, T. Gregory, J. Thistlethwaite and D. Moggridge concerning the Bretton Woods conference, 1959, 1973; a memorandum by John Maynard Keynes 'Our financial problem in the transition', 16 May 1944; assorted government documents concerning the establishment of the International Monetary Fund, 1941-81; and copies of other papers given.

Conditions Governing Access
The majority of the Kahn papers are readily available to scholars in the Archive Centre. Record consultation is by appointment. However, restrictions on access apply to some records, in view of the sensitivity of their contents. Some personal letters are restricted while the author is still living and may be read only with the author's written permission. Some material is reserved. In the College's opinion the contents of these files might be considered confidential or offensive by living people other than the author. There is no access to these files for the time being. Records with restricted access are noted throughout the catalogue.
