Scope and Contents

The folder comprises:-
- typed letter signed from E. H. Carr of 'The Times' concerning NK's 'exports article', 12 Apr. 1943;
- typed letter signed from L. Robbins concerning Paine's article and NK's teaching plans, 2 May 1936;
- autograph manuscript notes and an early draft of an article on wage subsidies as a remedy for unemployment, undated;
- typed letter signed from Stacy May concerning NK's Rockefeller Foundation fellowship, 12 May 36;
- autograph manuscript notes on A. C. Pigou 'The theory of unemployment' (1933) and further notes on wage subsidies and unemployment, with comments by Hugh Dalton, 28 May 1935;
- autograph manuscript and copy typescript outlines of lecture syllabuses 'Problems of the theory of equilibrium', 'The theory of production', 'The distribution of income' and 'Tariff-making', planned for delivery in 1937, with a copy typed letter from NK to Mr Crotch at the London School of Economics concerning his teaching and lectures for 1936-7.
