Scope and Contents
Draft and published versions of an article by John Tod about the Choir visit to West Africa, and other choir events arranged by the Cultura Inglesa in Sao Paolo, Brazil where he worked subsequently, including the 2008 visit by King's College Choir. Six scans of colour slides are included. Two original black and white photos and a scan of a third are also included.

John Tod worked for the British Council. He was posted to Accra in 1972 and facilitated the Choir's Ghana visit.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Jon Tod emailed the images, and the memoir as a .odt document, in July 2017. The memoir and photos were printed by the archivist. The published version and the three black and white images were provided in November 2017.
