Immediate Source of Acquisition
These photographs were scanned from an album of photographs loaned to King's College Archive Centre by the owner, Mr. J. V. Haviland in 2004. The album, labelled 'E. A. H.' on the cover, contained photographs of King's College students and May bumps, among photographs of scenery from abroad. The photographs relating to King's have been scanned, including two photographs of the Chapel, but the scenery photographs were not scanned.
Existence and Location of Originals
The original album remains in the possession of the owner, Mr. J. V. Haviland. The Archive has another original of the photograph of King's College 3rd year, 1895, in KCPH/1/8/1.
Existence and Location of Copies
Digital copies of these photographs are held on CD in the Archive Centre office.
