Insert for a CD made from selections for the Head/Martin/Banks recordings (KCA/76). Includes brief memoirs of Ord and AF Scholfield, and information about the Choir at that time as well as about the recordings. In the photograph on the front cover, Ord is wearing a Corpus blazer covered in a striped Chetwynd Society blazer. The photograph on the back cover shows: (back row L-R) Harvey Blenkin (Alto), Brian Head (Tenor), Nigel Rogers (Tenor), Neil Howlett (Bass); (front row L-R) Richard White, Paul Bridge, Nigel Watkinson, Michael Tester.
