Includes a release from Philip and Elizabeth Park to Barnett Leach and his wife Frances, a mortgage from Barnett Leach to John Sennitt, a release from Barnett Leach to John Newby, a mortgage and demise from Revd Alfred Newby to Edward Randall, a mortgage to William Bishop, a counterpart lease to Charles Sippel, a transfer of mortgage from the trustees of William Bishop to Miss C.E. Bishop and Mrs A.M. Jay, a conveyance from Revd Alfred Newby to William H. Barrable, a mortgage from W.H. Barrable to Messrs Shippey and Whall, and subsequently to J. Beauchamp, then Arthur H. Smith and John James Yeo, an abstract of title of W.H.
