Scope and Contents
Correspondence concerning the effects of cooking and noise from King's Parade Restaurant on 16 King's Parade and the lease of 17 King's Parade. Also includes:
- King's Parade restaurant report on application and terms by Gray, Son and Cook (18 Jul 1955).
- Inventory and valuation of furniture, equipment, china, glass, plate and cutlery, soft furnishings and trade fixtures at the King's Parade Restaurant Cambridge made for the purpose of transfer as between the owner, King's College Cambridge and the ingoing lessee Garden House Hotel (Cambridge) Limited by Gray, Son and Cook.
