Files comprise an initial 'Report on College Properties', 1968, comprising a general review of the College's investment properties within Cambridge and outside the city, agricultural properties, houses and cottages in Grantchester and areas near the College suitable for eventual College use, prepared by R. Arkwright; and a supplementary report to the above, 1971, also compiled by R. Arkwright.
