-manuscript note about staffing levels on bank holiday Mondays, 1979;
-note about binding of Tripos papers at Trinity College [1980];
-memorandum from Tim Leggatt, Senior Tutor to Liz Russell, Assistant Librarian on the new classification system, 17 Dec 1980;
-manuscript note about Library seating [1979-80];
-manuscript note to invigilators and memorandum from Margaret Cranmer to Dr Dixon about missing library stock, 2 Feb 1981 and 26 June 1981;
-newspaper clippings about a King's undergraduate stealing books from Heffers and a student mock trial as protest of RTZ, 1981;
-memorandum to Library staff about tea break arrangements [October 1981];
-memorandum from Tess Adkins to Liz Russell about reading space, 28 Oct 1982;
-xerox copy responses from other Colleges about space allocation [1982];
-memorandum from Liz Russell to [Peter] Smith about reading space, 7 Feb 1983 and his reply 11 Mar 1983;
-note from the Provost to Fellows about new Library administration arrangements, 28 Sep 1983;
