Printed paper, with Coldham's annotations, sent to Fellows following the meeting of the Governing Body on 24 March 1859 seeking votes on proposals and suggestions. Also includes the envelope in which the paper was returned to College. A manuscript note on the envelope reads 'Too late for incorporation with printed result of scrutine'.
