Additional Description

General

In 2023-24 the College Registrar checked that the minutes as held on the 'minutes' drive since 2014, were the final/approved copies. The final copies of minutes and papers from 2014 through Long Vacation 2024 were harvested from that drive in October 2024.

From March 2020 the minutes were no longer printed out and are held only digitally. For 2014 to March 2020 both copies of the minutes are retained: hardcopies signed, and digital copies.
