Biographical / Historical

Kersey priory in Suffolk was granted to the College by Sir Henry Grey, Lord Powis, in 1447 (see KCAR/6/2/95/8 Title deeds, KER/644), and related lands in Kersey were granted by Henry VI at the original foundation.
