Cyril Bailey's 'Lucretius' correspondence. The file comprises:
- 1 autograph letter signed from A. B. Poynton to Cyril Bailey, 11 Aug. 1919;
- 1 autograph letter signed from R. Shackle to Cyril Bailey, 10 Jan. 1920;
- 2 autograph letters signed and 6 typed letters signed from Charles Foxley to Cyril Bailey, 1933-9, enclosing Foxley's typescript translations of verses by Lucretius;
- proof of a review 'Two Verse Translations of Lucretius' including Foxley's translation, by Cyril Bailey, 1934;
- typescript notes on translations.
