Bradshaw, Henry, 1881 - 1950
Scope and Contents
Henry Bradshaw (1831-1886) came up to King's from Eton as a scholar in 1850. Although under the Founder's Statutes still in effect he could take his degree without examination, in 1854 he chose to sit the Classical Tripos and earned a second. He was University Librarian 1867-86. This is a print of an 1881 portrait by Hubert Herkomer.
