Biographical / Historical
The Academic Computing Committee was established by a vote of Council in 26 November 1985, to be responsible to the Council for policy questions arising on the central academic computing facilities. The members of the Committee were the Vice-Provost, the Senior Tutor, the First Bursar, the Co-ordinator of Academic Computing, two Fellows appointed annually by the Council, one graduate student and one undergraduate student appointed annually by the Council.
