Biographical / Historical

In 2017 the format of these menus changed, with the result being that each day had a separate menu but they were all saved in one digital file. The digital files for 2017 onwards also include Master copies.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

The menus for 2013 to 2015 were converted from Excel spreadsheets to PDF by the Archivist, in September 2017. PDF versions of the menus from 2016 to September 2017 were harvested from the Catering shared drive at that time.

Appraisal

The menu for Monday 17th January 2011 formed page 2 of every Excel spreadsheet; only one copy of it was preserved.

Accruals

Annual harvest of PDF versions from the Catering hard drive is undertaken.

General

The menus for 2020 only cover the first weeks of January as, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, catering in the servery was suspended for the remainder of the year.
