The file comprises a script of Duncan's play 'Lenin', printed in limited edition of which this is no. 5, inscribed by the author to Dadie Rylands and with Duncan's card attached; a letter from Duncan to Rylands, 6 Aug. 1981, with envelope; and a printed leaflet/order form from the Rebel Press listing their publications of works by Duncan, 1981/2.

The majority of the Rylands Papers are readily available to scholars in the Archive Centre. Record consultation is by appointment. Personal letters of living authors may only be consulted with their written permission. Some material is reserved in view of its sensitivity. There is no access to such material for the time being.
