The majority of the Rylands Papers are readily available to scholars in the Archive Centre. Record consultation is by appointment. Personal letters of living authors may only be consulted with their written permission. Some material is reserved in view of its sensitivity. There is no access to such material for the time being.
Biographical / Historical
(Giles) Lytton Strachey (1880-1932) went to Trinity College, Cambridge from 1899 to 1905, where he became one of the early members of the Bloomsbury group.
