Forster, seated, 3/4 length, looking towards the camera, wearing a dark suit, ribbed 'V' necked pullover, dark tie, white shirt and handkerchief in breast-pocket. Bob Buckingham sitting on the arm of E.M. Forster's chair, to the right, wearing a pale suit, flecked 'V' necked pullover, matching tie and shirt in small check, also looking towards the camera. There is a panelled door behind, painted a light colour. Taken in London and mounted on card, 16.2 x 10.3 (photograph 14.4 x 10). (Sleeve 192)
