Business letters in the correspondence series were arranged sometimes by author and sometimes by the name of the firm. The originators given here are those found on the card index revised in 1999. The signatories of letters from businesses have been added where legible, and letters from individuals have the title of the company noted in the description field where it appears on the letters themselves.
