The first meeting of the Syndicate for a Laboratory of Experimental Psychology was held on 17th February 1910 at the University Offices, and the following were present: the Vice Chancellor, Professor James Ward, Dr Anderson, Dr Myers, Mr Charles Grant, W. Lock and W. Rivers.
