This series, along with BUR/DEC, was kept (since1951 but possibly earlier) in 2 fireproof metal boxes and arranged in a quasi chronological library classification system created by Thomas Simms in 1951. They have been kept together in Bursarial records, however, they have been rearranged chronologically and by location.
