Scope and Contents

Part i: Dorothy Aga-Oglu writes with regard to the estate of her late husband, Mehmet. She says she will offer her husband's research material to the Farouk I University and discusses the potential sale of his library. She asks for advice on the problems of editing Mehmet's Corpus of Islamic Metalwork manuscript. She offers to gift Mehmet's collection of reprints to the university.
Part ii: Memorandum of the Corpus of Islamic Metalwork, including an introductory overview, details of the 12 volumes, and a concluding paragraph by Dorothy Aga-Oglu on the progress of publication.
