1953 Excavation Notebook for Prehistoric Cemetery East (PCE) compiled by George Huxley. Daily account of excavation with sketch plans and section drawings. Followed by lists of sherds boxed (p.110), photos taken by Huxley (p. 116), readings of Linear B tablets (pp. 117-118), 1950 Prehistoric Cemetery material in Nauplia Museum (p. 122), 1953 PCE objects catalogued (pp. 124-130), carbonised matter boxed (p. 134), official small finds photo list (p. 136), bones boxed (pp. 138-140), objects sent to Nauplia (p. 141), Geometric pots box list (p.142), and finally a index to the aforementioned lists (p. 142).
At the back of the notebook the lyrics from the Greek 1953 popular song 'Maria' are jotted down in Greek. On the end paper Greek periods of history are written down in chronological order, also in Greek.
