Scope and Contents

1952 Excavation Notebook for Prehistoric Cemetery Central and Hellenistic Gymnasium areas compiled by Robin Moore. Daily account of excavation, focused on sketch plans, recordings of theodolite levels and some sketches of pottery finds. Site and small finds photograph list on p. 21. At the back, with the notebook turned upside down, are papse and pottery notes in sequential basket/bag order, also lists of catalogued and uncatalogued objects left in the Apotheke (store room) and a later note by Lisa Wace of boxes allocated to Prehistoric Cemetery Central and 'Hell. Gym' (Hellenistic Gynmasium) pottery.
