Excavation Notebook for June and July 1921 compiled by A. J. B. Wace as rough notes on the Chamber Tombs and acropolis area.
Refers to the Palace, Grave Circle A, Lion Gate, Tomb of Clytemnestra, Perfect Tholos, Treasury of Atreus and Chamber Tombs 502, 505, 504, 513, 514, 515, 516, 517, 518, 519. Includes plans and sketches. Notes at the back include luggage lists, vase (pottery) photo lists, a list of site photographs taken and financial calculations.
1 insert: a thank-you note from C. A. Boëthius to AJBW, originally placed in the front pocket.
